"Live Like an Olympian" Challenge!

Dear Fitness Enthusiasts,
In celebration of the Summer Olympics, we're excited to invite you to our "Live Like an Olympian" Challenge! Join us as we explore the Five Components of Fitness that elite athletes meticulously incorporate into their training routines. Participation is completely FREE, and you'll have the chance to WIN fantastic prizes: a Gold Medal ($50 gift card), a Silver Medal ($25 gift card), or the Bronze Medal ($10 gift card)!
Components of Fitness:
Blue Ring - Cardiovascular Endurance: Complete 1.5 miles on the treadmill.
Black Ring - Muscular Strength: Find your 1 repetition max on the bench press or chest press machine.
Red Ring - Muscular Endurance: How long can you hold a wall sit?
Yellow Ring - Flexibility: Complete a yoga class on Wellbeats
Green Ring - Body Composition: Ask one of the LMF Personal Trainers to measure your body fat percentage.
How to Participate:
Sign Up: Print your name in the “Live Like an Olympian” notebook located at the fitness center front desk.
Olympic ring tracking: When you complete a ring enter the date and initial under the appropriate column in the notebook. Write your name on a torch, include your result (optional) then tape the torch in the ring.
Prize drawing: For every ring a member completes, their name will be entered into a drawing on 8/12/2024 (Members can have their name entered up to 5 times!)
Prizes:
