GenX Strength Fusion is a 30-minute dynamic fitness class that works the full body. The class blends strength training with high-energy movements for a powerful workout experience. Modifications are provided to cater to individual needs, and the intensity level is adjustable to accommodate varying fitness levels. This class is geared towards Generation X but is open to all who are looking for a challenging and invigorating workout.
